Alright so I was going to wait until more reviews came out for the different upcoming droids before I got one, but I got caught up in the advertising hype and decided to test out the Motorola Droid today when the stores opened, and return it after 30 days if I didn't like it.
I haven't even begin to touch the surface of all of the features and I've only had it for two hours, but I love it already! It's incredibly fast and snappy. I haven't had even the slightest delay when switching from program to program since I've been playing around with it. They keyboard takes a minute to get used to and I have to stretch my hand a bit to use it (I have tiny hands) but I still prefer it over the on-screen keyboard. I checked out the HTC Droid this morning too which was really sweet as well, but the Motorola Droid sold me with the physical keyboard and the faster processor speed. It looks like there are some really great free apps in the Android Market which I'm looking forward to checking out.
Anyway, this is by no means a 'review' considering I've barely even touched the phone. I was unsure about the phone based on some of the reviews, but so far I'm very happy.
