I got a Droid a few days ago. I just turned on Latitude just to check it out and play around. One of the options on the menu is to select a photo that will show on your location. Select Photo brings up two options: 1) Take a picture or 2) Pick from Gallery. I have tried both with the same result. After I select/take the picture that I want and save it, the app returns to the map with the same two select photo options. It is a loop that I cannot get out of and hitting the menu or back button do nothing. Does anyone know how to get out of this loop and return to maps?
So, I just uninstalled the Google Maps update and then reinstalled it. That seems to have taken care of the problem. If anyone has come across this problem and knows how to resolve it other than uninstalling the Google update, I'd still love to hear it.
