I had many issues with my charge and was constantly in and out of verizon or on the phone with their tech support. After three replacements of my phone all having the same issue we decided I needed a new phone. Not wanting another Android phone after all the issues with the Fascinate and Charge I decided to upgrade to the new Iphone 4S. I hope you guys get the GB update soon and that fixes the problems with your devices.

Now you're going to have to change your user name. I got rid of my Charge the day the iPhone 4S came out. I haven't looked back once. I really do hope that the ongoing bugs get worked out though. There are a lot of people that spent their hard earned money on the Charge. Everyone deserves to have it work as advertised.
Don't know if I am in the right place to vent but I just learned that even after being a faithful customer, paying over $200.00 a month, for three phones and wifi. never missed a payment either. That I was not able to purchase the i-phone for our grandson at the price of $99.99. all I wanted was to get the phone and I know that I would have to get a data package, but simply get him a new phone in which his old phone has'nt even been used very much because it's no good, would someone explain to me why not! I'm already looking at not going back to verizon because of this stuff, they want you to buy,buy, buy, but they sure don't want to satisfy, I am so aggevated right now at them, where can I get any info. because if I have to wait for an upgrade I WOULD RATHER BE ON A $10.00 TRAC PHONE AT LEAST I WOULD KNOW WHAT I HAVE AND WHAT I WOULDN'T HAVE, WHAT I COULD GET AND COULD NOT GET...... Not a happy customer
Sorry Craft, If you're not eligible for an upgrade then you're not eligible. I think it's every 20 months and it's very rare that you'll get an exception because VZW takes a loss for every phone they sell. If you're on a family line maybe you can upgrade one of the other lines? Also, where'd the $99.99 come from---I thought the cheapest Iphone was $149.99?
The $99 one is last years model and only 8GB.
