I was in the process of making a new pattern lock and my screen timed out. Now I need the gmail account associated with it to access the phone. When I bought the phone a verizon representative set up a gmail account for me and I can't find the piece of paper where I wrote it down. Can Verizon provide me with the gmail address since they set it up?
Also I've tried to get my contacts through my verizon account but the phone I'm using is not the main phone on the account. I've tried to access backup assistant plus to find contacts but they only show me the contacts for the main device on the account. If I have to hard reset the phone I will lose all my contacts.
You might try this regarding your Google account:
Each phone on the account needs it's own MyVerizon account in order to use Backup Assistant. Better yet, back up your contacts to Google once you re-establish your account access.
