To send pictures via MMS/Text/etc. you have to set your camera to the LOWEST possible resolution. Many carriers block large text/picture messages. Since it is intended to be sent via text, the resolution is not a major issues anyway. In the camera, touch menu, then the little gears (settings), and resolution. Select the lowest and try that.

Okay this may sound strange, but it just worked on my HTC droid incredible and I had not been able to send MMS to ANYONE since the update to 2.2.
Someone stated in another post that after a lot of googling they found someone that said to send yourself a MMS message and it fixes it. I figured it couldn't do any harm and tried it myself about an hour ago. It came through fairly quickly and then I tried send 3 text pic messages to my friend to see if any would work. They got all 3!!!! I can finally send MMS to anyone once again after a very frustrating few weeks of no one having any solutions!
Good luck. Hope this simple fix works for you too!

You will want to try dialing *228 press send and select option 1 on your device. Then it should auto reboot the phone then you can try to send a text message. If you receive same message, try doing a battery pull.
