I am baffled!
I cannot receive mail from my imap mail account. I am getting no errors to explain why. A colleague with an older droid can receive my mail and if I put her account info into my mail settup (which is exactly the same as mine, except for username and password) hers comes down. I have deleted and repeated the steps so many times now, that I am positive that the settings are correct. Why can I get hers and not mine? I have allowed no limits on size.
Help-This is a huge reason for having this phone and I am really getting frustrated. I have tried working with V support, but they could only confirm that the settings were correct and that the phone is fine.
