Erased accounts. when you try to add an email account it says :process com.htc.android mail has stopped unexpectedly. what do I do?

I've researched the difficulty you're experiencing and this is not commonly reported with your phone. What email account(s) are you attempting to add? Please go to Settings> Mail and instead of selecting a specific email provider select Other. Let us know if you continue to experience difficulties.
