I noticed there are several posts about this already, but no resolution. My DInc2 is not receiving my Yahoo mail in a timely fashion, nor is it refressing/pulling/pushing as it should (the setting as set to push). I am getting message several hours after they arrive in my regular inbox. This is using the native email client. I downloaded the Yahoo Mail app and have no problem with that, mail downloads to my phone the moment it arrives. Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

If the Yahoo Mail app you downloaded works fine, why even bother with the stock app? I deleted my stock email app 5 minutes after the Verizon rep had me set it up, and use the downloaded App for Yahoo, works perfect.

I think the stock email client has a software bug. I have two Inc 2s in my house and both of them froze when opening the native email app. Then both phones had a terrible lag afterward. I read on a couple of tech forums that there's a bug that HTC needs to fix.
The solution for us was to delete our accounts from that email app, and use K-9 Mail instead. So far it's working flawlessly.
