Manilo Ringtones and other ringtones

I have had a Droid for several months and really like it.  I downloaded a number of apps, including Manilo Ringtones, which allowed me choices in lieu of the limited offerings of the Droid.  Recently my phone stopped ringing and Verizon replaced it with a certified refurmished phone.  However, Manilo Ringtones is not available as an app in the marketplace.  I can find it on line and  can download it, but am uncertain how to get it on the phone, unless I download it through the internet connection on the phone.

I have downloaded a couple of alternative free ringtone sources. However, when I try to download a specific ringtone, I get an error related to my SD card.  Also on the old phone the SD card showed up in the settings.  On the new phone there is no recognition of an SD card.

Help.

Did you mount your sd card?  Here are the steps. Hope this helps!

  6. Use the computer to copy music and other audio files into the newly created folder.
For any accompanying artwork in JPEG format, rename the art file albumart.jpg and copy into the same folder as the music files.
  7. To further organize files, create a subfolder in the newly created music folder and copy desired music files into it.
