I have had my Droid X for a little over a year now, and all of a sudden this week none of my media apps will play sound. I'm still getting ringtones and such, but when I go to use the MP3 player, Netflix or Youtube, no sound comes out. I have checked in my sound settings and everything is turned up all the way. I noticed this problem the other day and did a factory reset on my phone, and still no change. What can I do?
The volume is up and not on silent?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
This is correct.
Hello to you Cthomas89!
I don't know what I would do without my media on my phone! I'm so sorry you're having issues with your Droid X.
I appreciate you taking the time to perform a Factory Data reset on your phone. I'm very surprised this didn't correct your issue.
Is this happening through a bluetooth, wired headset, or through speaker phone?
Thank you for your patience!
