Microsoft Exchange-need step by step

Can someone please give step by step instructions to set up OWA with Droid Incredible 2.

I am tech-challenged.

basically the phone asks for:

Server address (exchange server name)

-what is this from the OWA?

Phone asks:

Domain (exchange server name)

-what is this from OWA?
