I have had my Moto Droid for 3 weeks so my 30 days is coming up. I like it. Love the screen. Don't love the lack of flash. Don't love the physcial keyboard and so I do not use it. - ever. So that is a big part of this phone. The camera isn't useful. Do I take this phone back and trade it in for something else. I don't care about the restocking fee. I want a phone that works for me and that I love. The keyboard is a boat anchor for me. Big, weighty, not used. Then what?

You might check out the Nexus One or the Droid Incredible that are supposed to be coming out soon.*
Also, if you haven't tried the Droid Eris, you might play with one at the store and see if you like it better.
*Keep in mind, this is Verizon's definition of "soon."

I think if you reread your own post, you'll find you've already answered your own question.

First off, most phones do not have full Flash at the moment sure some have Flash light but that is very limited. Flash 10.1 is coming to DROID and the Nexus 1, although Adobe never gave a solid date either but they have said it will only run on Android 2.1.

I have had a Droid, my 30 days were up Friday, and have YET to use my keyboard. I did decide to keep it instead of getting an ERIS. I have used my wife's ERIS and LOVE the Droid. The Screen, speed, 2.1 coming (this week?), just a great device!
I think this is a testament to the quality and useablilty of the on screen keyboard. I certainly will check out the Nexus 1 when Verizon gets it, but I love the Droid
