Motorola Droid 2 Global Camera...mind of it's own
CharliesAngel22

So I've had my Droid 2 for a year and a half with little to no issues when suddenly the camera decides to start acting possessed and take pics, multiple pics at that, all by itself. I went to the Verizon Store and we did a hard reset. Was good for 24 hours then back to paparazzi mode and taking multiple pics with out being asked all by itself! Any ideas or suggestions??....And please don't say get an iPhone....

Wow CharliesAngel22! Sounds like your phone needs to move to L.A. and it would get a good job following around celebrities! Well let's see if we can get this fixed.

Are you accidentally pressing any buttons when this is happening? When does it exactly take these photos (while on a call/in an application/during an e-mail)? If it is with an application, please try and uninstall. Also, did this start happening after a particular app was installed? If so, please uninstall.

Have you noticed anything else with the touch screen or buttons acting strangely? Please try putting the phone in safe mode (http://bit.ly/Rles1u) and see if it is still having issues. You may have to save your information and perform a master reset (http://bit.ly/RleBSF) if it is still having issues. Please try these any let us know!

Thanks!
