I think it's time to start listing out improvements you believe should be made to the Droid. Now, I like this phone a lot BUT there are some software glitches on this phone, which isn't surprising considering the new Android 2.0 OS.
I will start and let's see if this post would get noticed by Verizon:
- Exchange improvements (being able to sync not just Inbox but all subfolders under Inbox)
- Camera software app is still slow to me.
- Android virtual keyboard needs improvements (keys are too close to each other). Look at HTC Sense UI keyboard or even iPhone keyboard.
- More widgets (look at HTC Sense UI again) and better Android UI (more than 3 screens)
- Landscape mode should work without opening physical keyboard
- Somehow develop Android desktop (similar to iTunes to allow easy transfer of photos, music, videos and apps)
This is just a starting point. I'm sure we can all think of other things.

Are you serious that Exchange only syncs the Inbox? I know you can't move emails between folders and the subfolders don't show as indented (though I believe both of these are supposed to be fixed in the 12/11 update), but I hadn't heard about this one before.

They need to make serious improvements to the email program. It doesnt have mark all read. It continues to repeat messages as new even though you have read them and there need to be a ton more options.
They need to look at the blackberry for this.

You can copy that to your phone using the my computer or explorer on your PC and you can also sync using most any music program
I use windows Media player to sync my phone
Open windows media player and you will see Android Device or Android Phone on the left. You can rename with the right click. Open it up and select the sync tab at the top. Then select sync now on the bottom right. By default it will sync your whole library.. If you right click on the device name you can set up sync options and only sync certain playlist..
Hope this helps
