Motorola Droid Verizon Office Message Alert Problem

I just purchased a Motorola Droid as my first smart phone. I am upgrading from a Motorola W755. I regularly use Verizon's Office Message Alert. For those who might not be familiar with the OMA Feature, it allows a user to dial a toll free number, then put in the Verizon's customer cell phone number followed by a call back number. The message is then sent as a SMS Text Message to the Verizon Customer. Basically, it is a Numeric Page to my cell phone. The function worked perfectly on all of my previous phones displaying the Call Back Number, but when I receive a OMA generated Text Message on my Droid it simply reads "Office Message Alert" without the call back number! This pretty much makes the function worthless for me.

I really like my Droid, but Verizon Wireless has not even bothered to respond to my requests for support about this problem and as much as I like my new Droid, I may return it if I can't figure out a fix workaround for this problem that would allow me to see the Call Back Number. I thought maybe someone here may have solved this problem or may have a suggestion for a solution? Perhaps a different SMS Application that I could install on my Droid? Thank you in advance for any advice or suggestions!
