OK, my 30 day trial period is over and I am keeping the Droid.  I have had zero problems with it.  I have zero complaints.  Call quality is excellent.  Everything works as advertized.  The hands free dialing issue is resolved with Voice Dialer HF and Button Shortcut.  There is nothing about this phone that I don't like (and I don't yet have 2.1).

get ready to be disaapointed.

DROID is not really ready for prime time in a corproiate environment.

I cannot keep a connection to MS Exchange on the DROID

If anyone has any cluses on how to keep the email acocunt actively synching with the DROID.

It conects after entering the data but loses conneciotns within an hour.

DROID is NOT reliable enough to support a business account

Thanks for yucking up my thread.  I don't use my Droid in a business environment.  I retired 6 years ago after 34 years of that crap.  The Droid works great in my environment.

I did a lot of research on the Droid phone before purchasing and i don't remember any ads recommending

the Droid as a Business Solution Phone.  If i had gotten the impression that the Droid was a Business application

phone i, would have never purchased it.

Yea it is a small world...  I miss the Mustang some times, but the Vette is nice too...  I hope your car is still running good...

I was suprized to see that MPH packed up and headed north....

I am glad to hear that you like the Droid.  It is my back up plan for a phone if the Nexus One does not make it to Verizon this month.

I sold my Mustang last May to a guy in Iowa.  I couldn't continue to spend the money it takes to maintain and operate a low 9 second car.  It was either sell the car or get a job.  Easy decision.

It's a 2000 Mustang GT with 2.8 Kenne Bell twin screw.  The car was built by Modular Powerhouse in Atlanta and runs 9.27 on blower and a fastest of 9.15 @ 148 with a 50 shot.  It's the world's fastest twin screw 2 valve.
