First off let me state that I have been threw either 5 or 6 replacement phones. The original one over heated and the next 2 did the same. The third one screen would not work. The fourth one soft keys wouldn't work. Finally the one I have now constantly reboots, the screen lags or freezes. I have done a hard reset and have not downloaded or updated anything on this phone and still having the issue. It is still under the warranty, but I am tired of dealing with changing phones all the time! Any suggestions to maybe help the problem slow down?
