I added mp3's and some wma music files to my droid and used ringdroid to create ringtones and notifications sounds, only problem is droid radomly stops reading the music files in stock music app, no songs what so ever and the ringtones and notification sounds stop working also, Any ideas to what might be causing the problems? Iv'e missed calls with that happening, because of a silent ring.

Try resetting the files to ringtones.  The steps are below. Here is a link to more information on notifications and ringtones http://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38318/kw/stock%2Bmusic/p/30%2C672...  Hope this helps!

1. Set any of your songs as a phone ringtone:

  • From the music player library, navigate to a song you want to use as a phone ringtone
  • Touch & hold the song in the list to open the context menu
  • Select Use as phone ringtone. The ringtone is set as your default incoming call ringtone

2. Personalize your ringtones:

  • Press the Home key to open the Applications Tray
  • Touch Settings
  • Touch Sound & ringtone
  • Touch Phone ringtone and select a phone ringtone

3. Customize the text message ringtone

  • From the applications tray touch Text messaging
  • Press the Menu button (On the left with 4 squares)
  • Touch Text Messaging Settings
  • Touch Select Ringtones
