Music Identification Apps

Does anyone know of an app that will automatically rename the songs in my music library to the correct name and artist? I converted all my itunes to MP3 and the conversion changed all the names to Track 1, Track 2, etc.

Shazam is one application  you can use located in the App Market.

Shazam has the ability to rename songs? I thought it was just to identify the title of the song and the artist.
