My Droid will not sync with backup assistant. Any suggestions?  It is not a new phone and never had this problem before.

Ensuring your contacts are safe and sound is super important! I will be delighted to help out.

Which Droid device do you have exactly? If you have backup assistant on your phone you may need to Clear your app data. You can do that by following these steps:

Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All tab > Sync Services > Tab Clear Data, Tap Force Close

Go back to Settings > Accounts > Backup Assistant and run it again!
