So I bought a DROID Monday. I love it. It works perfectly, and Verizon has the largest, best network.
But for the past couple of days, I've been unable to get text messages.
I've tried to contact support every way I know how, but this stupid automated recording always directs me to input the last four digits of the account-holders social, and I share this account with my grandpa.
This is starting to really frustrate me. I love the phone, the software, the hardware, and the network is great, but this is **bleep**ty customer support right here. I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for almost four years now, and this is the thanks I get!?
So I figure since VZW itself is apparently incompetent, I'll ask the community: Why can't my DROID receive text messages? I can make them, people receive my messages, but I can't get messages from others.
