My device won't connect to the Verizon network. How do I fix this?

is there any way to reactivate current sim card

Try this:  turn off the phone, remove the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a few minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, turn the phone back on, and give it a few minutes to re-establish a fresh connection to the network.  If that doesn't work, try a new SIM card; they're free at your local Corporate Verizon store.

Visit our Device Troubleshooting Assistant to see instructions for your device.
  1. Enter your device in the search field under Filter (e.g., "Samsung" or "S24", etc.) and choose your device.
  2. Select Troubleshoot under the device's name on the device tile.
  3. In the Search Another Issue field, type "activate SIM card". Follow the instructions for your device.
