So today my phone decided to do something completely new. I have very little control over the touch screen. It is almost like someone is just randomly moving my screen around with out my being able to do anything about it. I ran virus scan through lookout and avg and found nothing. Anybody else having this problem?
The touch screen acting like it is being pressed when it is not being pressed is indicative of a software/hardware problem. Have you tried pulling out the battery? Have you tried a master reset? Some anti-virus applications can cause negative reactions on the phone. If phone has been master reset, and the issue is still occurring, it will most likely need replacement. If you ordered it at the store, you can take it back there. If you ordered it online or over the phone, PM me and I will be able to help you out.
