Over the last couple of months I have had problems with my HTC. My phone would just shut off on its own, then it would be where it won't shut off. Now I am able to usually shut the phone off, but now my phone will not hold a charge. It gives a message that there isn't enough current to charge. I changed charge cords and sometimes when it sits a certain way it will charge. For the last couple of days the phone will show it is charging, but when I take it off the cord it shows that it is about dead. Is this just a problem with my battery? I was not sure since the phone was messing up before all this. Thank you!!

Hi jheyemd,
I am confident your issue has been addressed since your original post! If not, I am here to help see what's causing the problem! Has your phone been exposed to any physical or water damage? Have you recently downloaded any new applications? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
