I woke up this morning and my phone screen wouldn't turn on. The blue light was blinking but when I took it off the charger, it stopped. I have tried to hold the volume up and power and volume down and power buttons and nothing happened. I plugged it into my computer and when I hold down either combination I hear a bing on the computer but nothing happens on the phone. Help!
I also tried removing the SIM card and putting that back in and restarting with no luck.
I'd Take it to the Nearest Corporate store and see what they can do..
Almost sounds like a screen issue.
lmh42088, I want to make sure we get your device back up and running ASAP. While you have the phone plugged into the charger have you tried to press and hold down just the power button for approximately 10 seconds then release. Allow several seconds for the reboot process to complete. If that doesn't work, I would recommend on trying it off the charger as well. Please keep us posted.
