I went to bed one night and my phone had over half a battery and I awoke to a black screen. It won't turn on at all. I've taken out the battery, sim card and sd card and nothing. I even bought a new battery and stil nothing. I tried a factory reset on it and once again nothing. I'm highly frustrated and fed up with it, I've been with Verizon for about 12 years and I'm highly considering going to a different company. I work and have a small child and I don't have time to be on the phone or sitting in a store waiting to get a solution.
When I tried to reset it nothing happened.
