For the last 2 weeks i have been unable to send picture message. I have the Droid Incredible 2 by htc. It says Failed after multiple attempts. Generic Network error. I have tried to send while not connected to the internet and with. It dose not work either way. I cleared the data for messaging...And still nothing. Any help?
