Ahh. Thanks for the article.  At least Big Red responded now..  Funny enough, released on the radio JUST THIS MORNING were the results of a customer satisfaction survey of cell phone providers - - Verizon was rated #1 - Sprint #2 and AT&T #3.  Verizon better endeavor to hold up to this rating!!
