I cannot believe I'm paying so much money per month for service that I hardly ever get to use. I've called several times about the network dropping and I've been into the store. I've had a replacement phone and a new sims card and the phone is still junk! Not to mention the customer service! My bill is constantly screwed up and every time I turn around I'm paying more money for services that I cannot even use. I should have went with the iphone and been done with it. I will DEFINITELY cancel my service ASAP!
