How do I answer calls when I am in the Navigation mode and when I end the call get back to Navigation?
Are you using VZ Navigator or Google Nav? Either way when a call comes in it should pop up on the screen with the answer or ignore options. When the call is complete, you can either reopen the nav app from your homescreen, app drawer or pull down the notification bar to resume using your navigation.

I don't use VZ Nav anymore now that my X has Google nav. But it seams to me when I have my phone in the car dock and a call comes in, the answer/ignore option comes up on the screen. Then when the call is disconnected, the phone automatically went back to navigation. Been a while since that happened though so only about 90% sure.
