Can any one tell me how to get a pin number. I wanted to download a free ringtone and need the pin to get it on the cell phone. How do I do this.?

Are you able to provide some additional information?
Are you getting the free ringtone from an app that was installed? If so, it would be best to go to the app developer to determine how you will get the PIN number.

log into verizonwireless & go into my verizon/backup my contacts & you should be able to see the pin in upper right corner.
