Very annoying when the screen dissappears while attempting to input a key stroke. No, I am not covering any sensorpoints, either! Any ideas out there? I have already exchanged my phone for a new one due to the crackling static noise that occurs during an extended phone call. Should have got the I- phone????
Does it only do it while on a call with Voicemail? Try calling your home number and taking the phone away from your ear to see if it does the same thing. Perhaps it's a screen cover interfering with the proximity sensor.
Are you referring to touching the ICON "Voice Mail" and then the screen goes blank before you can enter your password??? If so, take a look at my posts in this thread.
