I was sent a droid incredible replacement and a message keeps popping up saying....

and I can't get it to quit popping up... so that I can't even scroll the screen.....
Is there anything I can do or do I need to just take it to verizon and try and get another one... this not having a phone for a week is SCREWING up my business!!!!!
