Is there anyplace I could check to see if there is a network outage where I live. I haven't had any sort of connection today at all (July 4th) and live in East San Diego County, California (Boulevard more specifically). Occasionally my phone picks up a Verizon Network (0 bars and no data) but then goes back searching for service. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
I would pull the battery. and also call *228 and choose option 1 and see if either fixes your issue.
I apologize about the issue with your service, but we do not post outage information online. If you call customer service from a different phone, we do state outage information there. Has this issue been resolved?
