I am a new user. I typed in the necessary code on my new phone and checkin "failed." I have googled and cannot figure what this means and its implications.
Additionally I have tried download several apps. and it just states "download was unsuccessful." I have cleared the cache, and force stopped the app. My software is up-to-date.
Could someone please assist on how I go about making my smart phone smart?
p.s. phone connects fine to the internet and my email account is set up.
Is the checkin failing on just the Play Store application?

checkin failure is for droid/htc i believe. its not necessarily affecting how my phone is functioning to my knowledge however it may be.
