New update ruined my App library. Help???

Ever since build build 9.8.20-72_VZW-22 my app library is completely changed and no longer has the option to display "All" apps.

When I tap on the "App" button to access my App Library, the only sorting options I have at the top are "Downloaded" and "Widgets."  It is displaying any downloaded apps and widgets fine, but anything that came pre-loaded that I use often (Like Google apps, Map!, etc.) I can only access my going to the Play Store, searching for them as if I were going to download them anew.  Once I'm there, Play Store (and my OS for that matter) show that the Apps are still on my phone, so it gives me the option to "Open" them.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Click on the word 'Downloaded' and you should get a pop-up.  Choose 'All apps'.
