New with Issues

I just got my phone on Thursday as a replacement from crappy Fascinates. I was sent my first text message with a photo today and I would like to save it to my SD card. I cannot figure out how to do this. I view the picture in the Gallery, but cannot save it. Please someone help on this! I click on the picture, it comes up and my options are V Cast Videos, Set As and Details. No option to save the photo.
