Newbie with questions, please help

Newbie

My husband and I rely on the Google calendar function.  He sends me an appointment that he's made (such as a doctor's appointment for the kids or his work schedule) and then on my droid2, I would click yes to accept the appointment, and it would go straight to my calendar and add it on.  The Charge seems to want me to create a whole new appointment after I hit yes that I accept the appointment - it doesn't go straight to my calendar.  It goes straight to the create an appointment function.  Does anyone know how to fix this so that it auto populates the calendar?

The 2nd issue I'm having has to do with deleting email.  On my droid2, when I deleted the email off my phone, it never deleted it off the server for my live.com account.  The Charge seems to, which is great and I'm thrilled about it.  However, there are some times that I don't want it deleted off the server, just off the phone.  How do I fix that?  I've read the instructions that I've found on here and I don't seem to have the settings that it talks about to be able to change to be able to change it to delete it just off the phone.

Please help me!!!!  :smileyvery-happy:

Dear newmom,

As to your second problem, the only way I know how to set up these settings is to remove the email account and set it up manually.  The reason for this is that the settings for leaving mail on the server after you read it on the phone can be accessed only while in the initial setup.  After the account is set up, these settings are not visible any more.  Kind of stupid, but that seems to be the case.

If you need detailed instructions, post back to this thread or PM me.
