Travelled from Texas to New Mexico for the holidays and when I got here, I was showing I had service but it was data only, no voice or text service. After restarting my phone, now I don't even have data service anymore. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Customer service thought it was because I was roaming on AT&T's network here and that was the problem but she sounded like she didn't really know what she was talking about. Anyone else had a similar problem?
It's not just you, I'm at home in Michigan and have no service on my verizon house phone, or my cell phone, my husbands is a verizon prepaid and it at least says its searching for service- not a happy camper, especially since all the data still works fine.
