I am having a reoccurring problem. Back in October, my phone got stuck on Airplane mode and i couldn't get a signal. I had to order a new one. Well, now i again can't get a signal anywhere and i can't send texts or receive calls. I have taken the battery out twice trying to reset it, but it doesn't work. I would just upgrade but i can't until Feb. 26. Has anyone else had this problem? If so i need help. My phone is quite important to me and I don't know what to do.

Having a mobile device in today society is much needed, and a very important factor in our day to day routine. I want to make sure we get you back and working as soon as possible. Did anything happen to the device? Was it dropped or did it get wet?

The droid was not dropped nor got wet. I had another one that did the same thing in October ( I think) and it was replaced. The last one wasn't dropped nor wet either.
