I have a droid Ultra and the Voicemail Notification will not show up at the top of the phone with other notifications. The *app* tells me that i have no Voicemails, when I do. When I call VM there is not option to turn on notifications, so I can't use that solution. I have the phone settings set to go to regular voicemail and not visual VM. I cant get into the VM app to set up the settings. I have cleared the Cache for the VM app and rebooted the phone and that also didnt work.
This is very strange Dhc1977! Let's explore options to resolve. As I access my resources, I see that first thing we must check that you have the latest software on your device. Please ensure that you have the latest software version by tapping Menu>Settings>About Phone>System updates. Please update your device software if an update is available. Keep us posted.
