Wi-Fi notification appears to be stuck.
It says it is connected in settings but the notification icon is just a stuck
spinning circle with ongoing message of: Loading Data Please wait...
Speed test does not indicate my rated speed of 10 Mb/s like my laptop does.
I had wifionoff app installed but uninstalled it,
I have tried my neighbors connection, restarted with battery removal.
not sure what to try next.. Any way to do a complete "clean install" reset? Thanks for any help.
If you want to do a factory reset start by pressing the menu button. From there go to settings, then privacy. Under that there should be a factory reset. If you setup a gmail account all of the apps that you downloaded should be backup and will be restored after initial setup.
