Incredible.. great phone when you first get it. Then the problems start.
My incredible blew a speaker... (Got a new REFURBISHED PHONE) -I did
The 2nd phone, blown speaker + it restarting constantly (new REFURBISHED PHONE) -Again
3rd.. Not even a week goes by when the phone constantly restarts. Restarts in the middle of a conversation.
-Call Verizon again. I let them know I paid for a brand new working phone, that I'm tired of these refurbished phones that fail in less than a couple months, the last phone not even 2 days! I want a new phone like I originaly paid for.
They tell me the best they can do is send another REFURBISHED PHONE. A gift certificate selling my broke phone back to them (so they can sell this POS to another unsuspecting customer), and let me buy another phone.
Why on earth do I want to spend more money when I paid BRAND NEW for a phone that didn't go the mile? Someone please explain that to me?
I'm sorry Verizon even exists for the service I got. And now they are getting me for a $300.00 termination fee for a phone that never worked like it was supposed to (+ the 2 other phones that failed).
All in all...
I feel Verizon has robbed me.
Thank you VERIZON for making my day....
I bet I'm one of your other satisfied customers
