My phone suddenly stopped recognizing photos in my gallery. I know I have images on the phone, and can access them when I plug my phone into my computer as a hard drive, but the screen says "No photos or video found" when I try to access them through the phone. It also refuses to save new photos, so I can't take pictures and share them, even if I try to share them immediately from the picture when taken.
I'm thinking the path might be corrupted, but if anyone else has other ideas and/or solutions, I'm all ears.
Hi bzookaj! A corrupt path is a very good possibility! I noticed that you have already attempted to access and view the pics by connecting the Incredible 2 with your computer. Whenever I connect mine to the computer, I must navigate through folders to find my pics. Tell me, when you go to view the pictures that way, what folder are they stored in? Is it the Pictures folder?

They go to the default folder, DCIM. I had never changed the path.
I downloaded the latest OS update, and I think it may corrected the corruption, since I have access now.
