Hey. I have not had verizon service at my home town since I have lived here and have been told that verizon is coming to this area. There is still no service available to use my smart phone to its fullest capabilities and the services that I pay for. I need to start up a trouble shooting ticket in order to be able to cancel my contract early.
You knowingly signed up for a service that you already knew was not available in your area or that had issues after it did, then did not cancel within 14 days? The 14 days that is disclosed to you upon activating service? the one you are forced to hear when you accept terms and conditions? The one thats on your contract itself that was mailed? oh.....bummer.
