Not able to send Text messages

Earlier today, I was able to send text messages to a family plan member. Then suddendly, I started receiving the "Text message not sent" error. This has been occurring for almost 7 hours now. I can send text messages to individuals outside of verizon just fine.
I've already tried turning off the phone multiple times and have removed the battery and left it out for over 5 minutes. So far still unable to send text messages to the verizon user.

Is it to just one number? they might have you blocked or haveing an issue. Try another vzw number

Shaunti, more information is needed in order to help resolve your messaging issue. However, I would try to send yourself a text and picture message to yourself to see if they successfully sends and receives. If successful, I would call the party you are attempting to message to and advise them to contact their carrier to ensure they are provisioned correctly on their network.
