I've been having issues receiving some text messages. After doing soft and hard reset which did not work; I received a new phone. It appears that I am still having the same issue. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yikes! It is never good to hear that you are unable to receive certain text messages. You pay high dollar for a service and expect it to work 24/7. I'm dedicated to getting to the bottom of this today. I notice you say your device was recently replaced, was this for the same issue? Are you able to receive some text messages? Is there a specific pattern for the ones you are not receiving? Are these coming from a certain sender? Please further elaborate on your issues so we can work towards a resolution, thanks!
