Thanks

Short answer - no, probably not.

Long answer - I'm guessing that CD contains a program designed for Windows that contains the questions and answers.  If so, it's a desktop Windows app, not an Android app, so there's no way that would work.  However, if the questions are in some type of standard file format (HTML pages, text files, etc.), then you could probably load those files onto your SD card, and view them on the phone.  In that scenario, HTML pages would be the most desirable format.

Right .exe files are a no go.  I suppose in theory some Linux programs could be compiled to run on Android but that would require a terminal and root access and even then the minimum system requirements would likely be too high for the phone to run it.  Also I know Android is built on the Linux Kernel but I am not sure what type of infestructure it uses.

My sister had this issue when I loaded Fedora on her computer when Windows crashed on them.  It was absolutely great until she wanted to install a game or program and then what do you mean I can't run it.  Though now she probably could a lot easier since Wine seems to be running much better than it did back then.  (Wine is a windows emulator for Linux so you can run some programs without rebooting to your windows partition).

Long story short has already been given by Ivory I just thought I would expand a little.  You won't be able to store the application but if you go under my computer -> Right click on the cd and choose explore instead of open  you will be able to find the data files.  If the data files are in some type of office format or html or maybe even Java then it is possible though the java may take a little finagling.  Good luck.

If you are successful let me know cause I am needing to do some work on my certifications as well.
