My Exchange Contacts (Corporate Sync) is not syncing my Contacts anymore. I think it started happening after a Droid X software update. It has worked fine since I got the phone over 2 months ago. I tried to remove the account and add it again. Mail syncs with no problem but not my Contacts. I have over 200 Contacts in Exchange and now they are not on my phone. This is really become a nuisance because many people at work have been calling me and I just see a number. I don't know who it is. Also, I knew it stopped working when I go to add a new Contact. It used to ask me if I want to add it with Gmail or Corporate Exchange. It does not do that anymore. Android version is 2.2.1
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend for you to do a factory reset on the device. The factory reset will correct the issue with syncing your exchange contacts. Note: This will remove ALLdata including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications. Do the following before performing the factory reset: Back up your information, contacts, and remove your sd card.
- From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
- Touch Settings.
- Touch Privacy.
- Touch Factory Data Reset.
- Touch Reset Phone.
- If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
- Touch Erase Everything.
For additional information on the factory reset click here http://support.vzw.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=33552#preferred

A factory reset? Really? I've only had the S7 for four hours. It already needs a factory reset?
