Notification Schedule

I have my phone set to ring a chime when I get a new email (on three accounts).

Does anyone know if there is a way to set what hours in the day for this notification to occur?  The problem I have is when spam emails come during the night, it rings in the bedroom during the night since that's where I keep my phone at night.
